World Known Designer Sue Wong’s Mythos & Goddess 2015 Collection opens Art Hearts Fashion week at the majestic Taglyan Complex on Monday May 9th, 2015.
The environment was exciting the crowd were all anticipating for Sue Wong Mythos & Goddesses fashion show. Sue Wong’s Fashion show was reminiscent with a romantic elegance, luxuriant and style of sophistication.
Sue Wong walked down the cat walk with the musician Steve During at the finale of her fashion show. The Red Carpet was packed with media from one end to the other. The VIP attendees included the actor Billy Zane (Titanic), Nikki Sixx (Motley Crue), actor John Savage, musician Larry Dunn (Earth, Wind and Fire), musician Chris Pitman (Guns N Roses), and Steve Cooke. Rock stars Nikki Sixx from Mötley Crüe, Chris Pitman from Guns N’ Roses, Brit rocker Steve Cooke, and many other celebrities including Billy Zane (Titanic), Sofia Milos (CSI Miami), Kelsey Scott (12 Years a Slave), Richard Grieco, Adina Porter (True Blood), May Wang (Fresh Off the Boat), John Savage, Ronn Moss, Larry Dunn (Earth, Wind and Fire), the Cast of “Little Women LA,” the Harris Brothers, Rachel Federoff and Destine Pfaff (Millionaire Matchmaker), Carolyn Hennesy (True Blood), Jacqueline Murphy, Grammy winner Omar Akram, Vassy (musician), Vincent De Paul, and actress Josie Davis all attended. Celebrity guest models featured actress Eugenia Kuzmina, Courtney Sixx (married to Rocker Nikki Sixx), Blanca Blanco and a America’s Next Top Model’s Kiara Belen.
Sue Wong is known for her stunning glamorous designer dresses. All her creations are inspired by the lyrical poetry in this exploration and how it reads in the textures, fabrics, nuances of my Collection’s gowns. She art directed this fashion show to share the visceral Trans formative dynamic in my designs and gowns.
Sue Wong’s after party at the cedar was another great success. The 10,000 –square-foot estate was built in 1926 for film director Marcel Tourneur. Jimmy Hendrix was a former resident and his bedroom with alcove was one of the many beautiful rooms in the Los Feliz Mansion known as The Cedars. The hilltop villa overlooks the beautiful Los Angeles City and is now owned by one of the legendary fashion designers — Sue Wong, whose gowns are known for their timeless, Old- Hollywood glamour and feminine beauty. It is no surprise; Sue Wong has tastefully completed the mansion by restoring the original aesthetic beauty of the house and preserving its massive fireplaces, ceilings and gilded columns.
